After years of working in the civil engineering industry, I started Weinberg Engineering with a vision of creating a company where clients could work directly with their engineer, receive clear and timely communication, and feel confident knowing someone was personally invested in the success of their project. My goal was to provide practical engineering solutions while making the land development process as smooth and straightforward as possible.
Today, Weinberg Engineering provides civil engineering, land development, site design, and permitting services for residential and commercial projects throughout Mississippi and Washington. We partner with homeowners, builders, developers, architects, and contractors to help bring projects from concept to construction.

RACHEL WEINBERG, P.E.
Founder & President
Rachel Weinberg founded Weinberg Engineering with a commitment to providing responsive communication, practical engineering solutions, and exceptional client service.
A graduate of Mississippi State University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Rachel began her career in the Seattle area, where she gained experience designing and permitting residential, commercial, and land development projects throughout the Pacific Northwest. Working on projects across multiple jurisdictions gave her a strong understanding of the permitting process, site design, stormwater management, utility design, and construction documentation.
In 2020, Rachel and her family returned home to Ocean Springs with a vision of building an engineering firm centered on quality, integrity, and long-term client relationships. Today, she works directly with homeowners, builders, developers, architects, and contractors throughout Mississippi and Washington, helping clients successfully navigate every stage of the land development process.
Rachel believes that every project deserves thoughtful engineering, clear communication, and personalized attention. Her hands-on approach allows clients to work directly with their engineer, ask questions, and feel confident throughout the design and permitting process.
